1 Introduction

2 User Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the woo88 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the freezing of any existing balances.

During the registration process, users are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and woo88 reserves the right to take appropriate action.

• Accurate and verifiable date of birth.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their password and account login details. woo88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a password that has been shared or disclosed to another party.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

woo88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during the deposit, for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. woo88 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met will be automatically rejected. Ensure all wagering conditions have been completed before making a withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses and Promotion Terms

woo88 also offers a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. Progression between tiers depends on the user's betting activity over time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the woo88 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users may not cancel or amend a bet that has been submitted and accepted by the platform.

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be voided and funds will be returned to the user's account in accordance with the rules set by the relevant game provider.

• Placing bets using automated techniques or software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Deliberately placing bets by exploiting system errors or inaccurate market prices is a breach of these terms.
• Using more than one account to multiply bonus benefits is a serious violation.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

woo88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if there are signs of fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious behaviour. In such situations, all balances in the account may be held while an investigation is carried out.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer service via live chat or email. Before closure, all eligible funds will be returned to the user once all conditions have been met.
